摘 要:目的:探讨上颌第一磨牙基牙不同聚合度对全瓷冠和牙本质应力分布的影响。方法:通过有限元方法建立三组基牙不同聚合度的有限元模型,并对模型垂直施加600N的作用力。结果:随着基牙聚合度的减小,全瓷冠的应力值呈下降趋势,同时牙本质的应力值呈上升趋势,所有应力峰值均小于材料本身的抗压强度。结论:基牙不同聚合度对全瓷冠及牙本质的应力分布是有影响的,本实验为全瓷修复体的优化设计提供实验和理论依据。Objective: To observe the influence of taper abutment angle on stress distributions in tooth and all-ceramic maxillary first morlar crowns. Methods: Three taper abutment angles were built into models by finite element method. A 600 N force was applied vertically downward. Results: The smaller taper abutment angle, the less stress concentrates in the all-ceramic crowns and the more stress concentrates in the dentin. All calculated values of the stress were considerably lower than the fracture strengths of the materials in which the stress resided. Conclusion: The taper abutment angle has an influence on the stress in tooth and all-ceramic crowns. This study can provide experimental and theoretical basis for optimization design of all-ceramic crown.
