摘　　要：通过对级进模工作过程的分析,以冲裁拉深级进模为例,采用运动仿真技术,结合运动函数对级进模工作过程进行协调设计,从而确保精密多工位级进模具的使用寿命。并对精密多工位级进模的工作过程进行了深入研究,确定复杂结构运动的协调性是精密级进模必须解决的问题。The motion process of progressive blanking and drawing dies was analyzed and a coordination design was implemented by using movement simulation technologY and motion functions, in which way precision multi-position progressive dies can have a longer service life. A further study on the structural motion of precision progressive dies indicates that coordination of complicated structural motion system should be solved for the dies.
