大鼠黑质内注射谷氨酸钠的心血管效应

摘　　要：目的确定中脑黑质内神经细胞兴奋的心血管效应。方法给乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠黑质内微量注射Ｌ－谷氨酸钠，观察其动脉压和心率的变化。结果注射后使动脉压升高和心率加速。Objective The present study was to observe the cardiovascular effect of exciting cells in the substantia nigra(SN).Methods We injected 0 2mol/L L-glutmic 0 3μl into SN of anesthetized rats and then observed the changes of arterial blood pressure(ABP) and heart rate(HR).Results After the injection,ABP and HR were both increased.Conclusion To excit the cells in the substantia nigra can produce obvious cardiovascular effect.
