摘　　要：新时期高校图书馆服务育人的特点是要配合教学部门提高学生的"学习力",即教会学生自主学习,使其有能力主动地促使自身人格不断完善并随时根据需要更新、丰富知识结构,进而不断提高自身的道德及业务素质。高校图书馆员应不断发挥自身优势,将师德建设与服务创新融为一体,开创高校图书馆服务育人工作的新局面。In the new era, the service in university libraries, according to the educational department, is characterized by teaching the students the ability of independent study, which makes students able to improve themselves, update and richen the knowledge structure and enhance moral and professional quality. And the librarians should, making the most of resources, combine the teaching morality construction with service innovation to create a new situation in university libraries.
