摘　　要：操作风险是农村金融机构当前面临的主要风险之一。对于农村金融机构而言,不断发生的操作风险也为其带来了十分严重的后果,操作风险已成为制约农村金融机构进一步发展的重要因素。本文针对我国农村金融机构操作风险管理的现状,分析了我国农村金融机构操作风险管理体系建设包含的内容,研究了风险文化建设、组织结构的构建以及操作风险管理的程序及有关的技术。Operation risk has become one of the emphasis risks in rural financial institutions, which severely restrict the development of rural financial institutions. Facing this issue, this paper intends to make a brief analysis on the operational risk management for rural financial institutions based on the actual situations, and then discusses the main framework of management system of operational risk and the specific method from the practical aspect.
