摘  要:目的研究紫外线辐射致SD大鼠白内障后,大鼠血清生化指标变化特征。方法将出生后6w体重约180g的24只雄性SD大鼠,每只SD大鼠腹腔注射10g/dI水合氯醛麻醉,扩张瞳孔,置于300nm紫外线灯下,分别照射SD大鼠双眼;裂隙灯观察晶状体损伤;采集大鼠眼球部血,分离、检测血清生化指标。结果①连续辐射7d后可形成典型皮质性白内障;②大鼠血清Ca^2+,Na^+,Cl^-,Cu^2+水平实验组高于对照组;K^+,Mg^2+,P,Fe^2+水平实验组低于对照组;③大鼠血清AKP活性实验组高于对照组;ALT,AST,LDH活性及胆固醇(TC)含量实验组低于对照组。结论紫外线辐射可致SD大鼠白内障,伴发大鼠血清生化离子水平、肝功能相关酶活性及胆固醇水平显著改变。Objective To study the characterization of serum biochemistry indexes of SD rats after UVB radiation. Methods 24 male, 6-week-old SD rats, weighing about 180 g, were treated with intraperitoneal injection, using 10 g/dl Chloral hydrate 0. 6-0. 7 ml (0. 35ml/100g)and placed under 300 nm UVB radiation in the eyes for 15 minutes with papillary dilation once a day, for 7 days; Observed its ultrastructure using transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron micro- scope,removed lenses and collected rat serum for testing. Results (1)Succeeded in constructing cataract animal model after 7 days ultraviolet radiation. (2)Ca^2+ ,Na^+ ,Cl^- and Cu^2+ levels in serum were higher than those in control group,while K^+, Mg^2+ ,P and Fe^2+ levels were lower. (3)AKP activity in serum was higher than that of control group ;ALT,AST and LDH activities and cholesterol content were lower than in control groups. Conclusion Controled UVB radiation causes cortical cataract,accompanied by significant changes.
