摘  要:对公共英语课堂"提问说Sorry!(不会)"现象进行行动研究,是为了找出该问题产生的原因,指出如何解决课堂中师生间的碰撞,从而加强协作,其根本点是转变课堂中提问的导向:提问不仅是实现教师预定教学计划和步骤的工具,更重要的是通过提问来营造出自主提问的环境,激发学生去提问,从而有效调动学生学习的能动性。The aim of the action research on the phenomena of saying sorry as a response in public English class is to find out the causes of this problem so as to reduce the friction between the teachers and the students and strengthen their cooperation. It has also been proposed that the key to solving this problem is to change the teachers' view on the functions of asking questions in classes, in other word, asking questions should not only serve as a tool to accomplish the teachers' teaching plan and program but also an important tool to create an discretionary atmosphere for both the teachers and the students which could encourage the students to ask questions and give more play to their initiatives.
