摘  要:目的观察侧脑室注射apelin对大鼠血浆及脑内cAMP含量的影响。方法侧脑室注射apelin,30 min后取血取脑,使用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆、尾核及海马内cAMP的含量。结果与NS对照组相比,侧脑室注射apelin能明显增加大鼠血浆、尾核及海马内cAMP的含量。结论Apelin的这种痛觉敏感化作用至少部分是通过尾核、海马的调控作用而实现的,并且可能与细胞内apelin-cAMP信号转导途径相关。Objective: To study the effect on cyclic adenosine monophosphate content in plasma and brain of rats after micro-injection of apelin into lateral cerebral ventricles. Methods: Brain and blood samples were taken from the decapitated rats at 30rain 'after micro-injection of NS or apelin into lateral cerebral ventricles. The levels of cAMP in plasma, eaudate nucleus and hippocampus were measured by radioimmunoassay( RIA ). Results: The cAMP levels in plasma, caudate nucleus and hippocampus were increased significantly after injecting apelin (P 〈 0. 01 }. Conclusion: The hyperalgesica effect may be associated with caudate nucleus and hippocampus. The mechanism may be associated with an apelin-cAMP metabolic pathway.
