“气泡水浴”治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察"气泡水浴"对小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪的康复疗效。方法120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分成观察组68例,对照组52例。所有患儿均进行功能训练、针灸、导平、穴位注射药物、静脉点滴护脑药。观察组在此基础上加用"气泡水浴",每天1次,25次为1个疗程,共3个疗程。治疗前后进行肌张力评估和关节活动度测量并进行疗效评价。结果观察组显效19例,有效46例,无效3例,总有效率95.6%;对照组显效11例,有效31例,无效10例,总有效率80.8%,两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异有显著性(χ2=6.70,P<0.05)。结论"气泡水浴"能有效降低痉挛型脑瘫患儿的肌张力,改善协调性,提高平衡能力,纠正异常姿势,改善患儿生活质量,临床疗效确切,是一种简单、安全、有效的方法,值得进一步推广与研究。Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of the air bubble treatment on child with spastic - type cerebral palsy. Methods 120 children with spastic - type cerebral palsy were divided into two groups：the observe group ineluded 68 patients and the control group included 52 patients. All of the patients were treated with the function exercise , acupuncture, leads evenly and drug acupuncture point. The drug protecting brain were injected in their veins. In addition, the observe group received the air bubble treatment, once a day, 25 times were regarded as a treatment course. 3 treatment courses were carried out. The Muscular tension and the joint range of motion were evaluated in prior therapy and post therapy. Results The effective rate in the observe group was 95.6% and the effective rate in the control group was 80.8%. The difference of the effective rates between two groups was significant hy statistical treatment （ x^2 = 6.70, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The air bubble treatment can decrease the muscular tensions, improve the concordant, increase the halance ability, correct the abnormal posture, improve patients＇ life quality. Its clinic effect is true. It is a simple, safe and effective treatment method, which deserves to spread and to study.
