摘　　要：对手术前后Ｂ超检查发现肝脏光点明显增强、增粗，要注意有麻醉药物引起急性肝炎的可能。因而有必要结合生化检查和Ｘ线胆管造影检查结果综合分析，作出正确诊断。When an ultrasound examination was made to a postoperative patient,if the patient's hepatic echogenicity was increased and thicked markedly in comparison with the name patient before operation,a probability of acute hepatitio causred by the anesthetic drug should be considered.Before a correct diagnosis was drawn,the results of biochemical tests and the X-ray cholangiography should be analyzed casefully.
