摘　　要：研究表明任何事物都既有该类事物的普遍性,又具有自己的特殊性。创业型人才区别于就业型人才的根本点是心理素质的差异。培养创业型人才必须构建起创业型教育模式,而创业型教育模式的构建必须革新已有的人才培养模式。不变革原有模式,新模式就难以诞生。Research shows that everything is special as well as general. Entrepreneurial talents differ from employees in the psychological quality. Cultivation of entrepreneurial talents must count on corresponding educational modes which can be achieved merely by innovation, or the new mode is impossible.
