南美白对虾亲虾暴发性传染病病原调查

摘　　要：对福建、广东沿海对虾育苗场的南美白对虾亲虾暴发性传染病进行病原学研究,结果表明大部分亲虾感染了白斑综合症病毒,还有一些亲虾同时感染桃拉综合症病毒。发病对虾体色发红,部分对虾体表可见大小不一的白色斑点。对这些病毒的PCR扩增产物进行测序,并进行同源性比较,结果表明导致本次对虾传染病的WSSV基因片段与基因库已报告的WSSV具有很高的同源性。结合流行病学特点,可确定这些亲虾主要因感染了WSSV和TSV而发病死亡。The pathogen of an infectious disease infected by parent prawn Penaeus vannamei in southern Fujian and Guangdong had been investigated. It shows that vast majority of parent prawns infected with white spot syndrome virus, and some of them are also infected with Taura syndrome virus. Other viruses had not been detected in these shrimp. The body color of some shrimp changed to red, and some white spots of different sizes can be seen in body surface. The gene fragments of these viruses amplified by PCR were sequenced and carried out homologous comparison. It had high homology with the gene which had been reported in Genbank. According to the PCR result and epidemiologieal characteristics, we can identify these prawn mainly infected by white spot syndrome virus and Taura syndrome virus.
