摘 要:由于具有节省材料、贮仓量大、建造速度快等特点,波纹装配式钢板仓被广泛应用于粮食和其它固体散料的储存.随着单仓储量增大的要求,钢板仓的尺寸也越来越大.为了满足储料运输和卸料的要求,有时需要在钢仓仓壁开设仓门.开设的仓门改变了钢仓壁的连续性并造成了钢仓的应力集中现象和应力重新分布,对钢仓的稳定性和安全产生了较大的影响.本文采用MCS.MARC有限元分析软件对带有大仓门的装配式钢板筒仓进行了有限元分析.计算结果表明,在仓门两侧顶部有应力集中现象,仓门两侧钢板的变形大于一般剖面位置的变形,设计时应注重仓门与钢仓的连接和钢仓的整体稳定性.With the advantages of economy, storing large and constructing fast, assemblage steel silos are widely used for grain and other bulk solids storage. The silo dimensions become more lager with the demand of increasing storage. Some large bin gates are opened on the silo wall to satisfy materials transport and unload. The opened gate decomposes the continuity of steel wall and makes the stress concentrating and redistributing. This phenomena will influences the stability and safety of silo. Therefore, an assemblage silo with a large bin gate is analyzed by finite element method. The computed results show that there are stress concentration phenomena and larger deformation at the two top half and the two lateral of the bin gate. It should pay more attention to the connection between the bin gate and silo in design in order to keep the silo's stability.
