摘 要:针对履带车辆的双侧电传动结构,结合履带车辆工作特点和最高车速、爬坡性能、加速能力和转向能力等动力学参数的设计要求,研究了牵引电机的特性参数匹配计算方法.以20吨级履带车辆为例进行了电机和侧传动的参数匹配.在Matlab/simulink中进行仿真,通过仿真对匹配结果进行验证和修改,进一步提高车辆动力性;得出了匹配后的履带车辆所能达到的极限转向半径.结果表明所选的参数设计合理,匹配方法是合理可行的.Based on the structure of a dual-motor-drive electric tracked vehicle, the calculating method in parameter matching of traction motor's property is discussed in accordance with the design requirements including maximum of velocity, grade ability, acceleration and steering ability. Taking a 20t tracked vehicle as an example, the matching analysis on both the motor and the side reducer of one track is done in Matlab/Simulink. In order to improve the performance of the vehicle, the matching results are modified according to simulation results and the extreme steering radius is presented at last.
