企业信息化的难点与重点

摘　　要：企业是国民经济的细胞,是经济和社会发展的基础。企业信息化是经济信息化的核心,是实现信息化与工业化融合的关键。推进企业信息化,是促进信息化与工业化融合的重要方向。然而企业信息化成功率低是企业信息化面临的最大问题。本文以有色金属行业为研究对象,从分析企业信息化难点入手,进而得出企业信息化的重点,为即将实施信息化的企业提供借鉴,以此提高企业信息化的成功率,推进企业信息化的进程。Enterprise is a cell of the national economy, economic and social development. Enterprise information is the core of national economics informatization , and the integration of informatization and industrialization. Promoting the information technology business is the major directions of promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization. However, enterprise information into low-power enterprise information is the biggest problem. In this paper, nonferrous metals enterprises as the research object, from the analysis of enterprise information difficult to start, and then draw the focus of enterprise information. It provdes the reference for the forthcoming implementation of enterprise information , in order to enhance enterprise informationization success rate, and promote enterprise-based information process.
