摘　　要：在新《保险法》施行之际,本文以机动车辆保险合同为例,从保险合同要素、保险合同体例、保险合同术语、保险合同条款、单证格式、实务规程等六个方面对车险合同适应新《保险法》修订内容进行分析,特别站在保险合同条款的调整视角,从保险利益条款、标的转让条款、合同解除权条款、第三者直接请求赔偿条款、举证责任条款、一次性赔偿结案条款等六个方面阐述。China＇ s new insurance law has come into force. This paper discusses the current vehicle insurance contract＇ s agreement with the law＇ s amendment, and analyses the issue from six aspects, including the elements of insurance contracts, stylistic rules and layout, terminology, insurance clauses, document format, and practice protocols. Specifically, the paper studies the probable future adjustment of insurance clauses, including the clauses of insurable interest, transfer of subject, contractual right of cancellation, third - party＇ s re- quest for direct compensation, the burden of proof, and the closure on a onetime compensation.
