某院2005～2008年住院病历复印情况分析

摘　　要：目的:通过复印病历情况分析,提高医患维权意识,给管理部门加强病历监督质控提供参考依据。方法:采用Excel软件计算百分率和构成比。结果:申请复印人多数是患者及家属,其次是保险机构,复印的理由多数作为报销凭据。结论:病历复印有逐年增加的趋势,说明人们的健康意识、自我保护意识增加。Ohjective：To analyze the duplication of Hospitalized medical records and so as to increase the consciousess of safeguard right in doctors and patient, supply reference for mannagment to strengthen inspection and quality control of medical records. Methods ： Computed percentage and composition of the duplication of objective with excel software. Results ： esults ： The most applicant of duplication of objective were the patients or their family, other were the insurance organization. The cause of duplication most were to submit an evidence expense account. Conclusion：There is a tendency of annual gain of duplication and shows the increasing of health consciouses and ego protective consciouses in people.
