颅内静脉窦血栓形成2例临床及影像学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)的临床表现、影像学特征及治疗。方法分析2例颅内静脉窦血栓形成患者的临床资料,并复习文献。结果2例患者临床表现差异很大,头部MRI检查示短T1、长T2信号,其中1例伴癫发作,经治疗后患者的临床表现及影像学均很快好转。结论分析颅内静脉窦血栓形成的临床及影像学表现有助于该病的诊断和治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, imageology features and treatment of cerebral venous si nus thrombosis（CVST）. Methods Clinical information of 2 cases of CVST were analyzed and the reference was reviewed. Results The two patients had difference clinical manifestations and head MRI demonstrated short-T1 and long -T2 images,one of them had epilepsy. The clinical manifestations and imaging lesions were both improved soon after the effective treatment. Conclusion Analysis of the clinical manifestations and imageology features of CVST conduces to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
