摘　　要：本文是在新课程背景下，通过对初高中英语教学衔接现状的调查、分析，及作者自身的教学体验，指出其衔接过程中存在的问题和影响因素，并提出了一些行之有效的措施。Under the new curriculum background, the author analyzed the current situation in junior and senior high English teaching convergence, and conclude the problems. Meanwhile, the author put forward the efficient measures.
