摘 要:目的运用高效液相色谱法测定复方当归注射液中的羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为依利特Hypersic ODS2(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),测定阿魏酸的流动相为甲醇-0.4%醋酸水(30∶70),其检测波长322 nm;测定羟基红花黄色素A所用流动相为甲醇-0.6%醋酸水(15∶85),其检测波长403 nm。柱温25℃,流速1 ml/min。结果阿魏酸在4.44~266.4μg/ml之间与峰面积呈线性关系;羟基红花黄色素A在4.508~360.64μg/ml之间与峰面积呈线性关系;测得阿魏酸平均回收率为104.34%,RSD为2.77%;羟基红花黄色素A平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为2.20%。结论该方法简便快捷,重复性好,可用于复方当归注射液中羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的含量测定。Objective To make the determination of compound angelica injection in the quality standard more perfectly. Methods Using HPLC with Hypersic ODS2 Column,the mobile phase of ferulic was composed of a mixture of methanol - water with acetic acid ,which the concentration was 0.4% ,and the oxhydryl - safflower yellow Element A was composed of a mixture of methanol - water with acetic acid , which the concentration was 0.6%. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, the UV detection wavelength was set at 322nm and 403nm,and the tempetature was at 25℃. Results Ferulic and the oxhydryl - safflower yellow Element A showed linear relationship with peak areas in the range of 4.44 - 266.4 μg/ml and 4. 508 - 360.64 p,g/ml respectively. The average recovery were 104.34% and 99.26% and the RSD were 2.77% and 2.20% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,convinent and repeatable, and can be applied to the qualification control of theoxhydryl -safflower yellow Element A and Ferulic.
