香菇多糖对荷瘤鼠免疫细胞及生存率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨香菇多糖对荷瘤S180鼠免疫细胞及生存率的影响。方法昆明小鼠70只,分为正常盐水对照组,肿瘤模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,香菇多糖实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,生存实验模型组,生存实验给药组。观察计算小鼠体重、瘤重、肿瘤指数及抑瘤率,脾重及脾指数,脾组织结构,体视学方法计量脾白髓相对面积百分比及单位面积中脾小体的个数,外周血白细胞分类计数,小鼠生存质量和生存天数等指标。结果①香菇多糖有显著的抑瘤作用,并可明显延长荷瘤鼠的生存时间。②香菇多糖使脾指数明显升高,使荷瘤鼠脾白髓相对面积及脾小体个数明显增加。③香菇多糖使末梢血中性幼稚细胞比例明显增加。结论香菇多糖能使荷瘤鼠免疫细胞数量增加,明显延长腹水型S180小鼠的生存期。Objective To investigale the effects of lentina on immunoevte and survival rate in S180 tmnor - bearing mice. Methods 70 mice were divided into 7 groups： normal saline control group,tumor saline control Ⅰ group,tumor saline control Ⅱ group, tumor lentinan 1 group,tumor lentinan Ⅱ group, survive model group and survive lentinan group. Evaluation of the experimental result ineluded the general condition of the mice, inhibitory rate of S180 tumor, survival, changes in body weight, tumor weight, tumor index, spleen weights,spleen index , relative areas of spleen white pulp,splenic nodule number and WBC counts. Results Ⅰ. Lentina eouhl inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma and prolong lite of tumor - bearing mice obviously. 2. Spleen indexes were greatly higher and relative areas of spleen white pulp and splenic nodule number uere increased in tumor lentinan group than others. 3. Immature neutrophil ratio in tumor lentinan group increased. Conclusion Lentina can slimulate imnmnoeyte propagating and prolong life of tumor - bearing mice obviously.
