摘　　要：提出了一种基于UG NX 5.0/Expression的渐开线圆柱齿轮全参数化建模方法,建立了渐开线变位圆柱斜齿轮的参数化模型,在此模型的基础上通过修改模型中由表达式建立的齿轮基本参数值,便可自动更新生成所需类别的渐开线圆柱齿轮,从而实现齿轮的参数化建模,提高了建模的精确性与效率。In this paper, a new method of establishing the model of involute cylindrical gear by using Unigraphics NX 5.0/ Expression is put forward, and the parameterized model of involute cylindrical helical gear with addendum modification is set up. Furthermore, the desired involute cylindrical gear can be automatically generated from it through altering the values of the basic parameters in the expression list. The gear parameterized modeling has been realized and the modeling efficiency has been enhanced.
