摘　　要：班主任是构建和谐班级工作的关健点和核心。作者从五个方面总结了担任四年班主任的心得,从新生入学的适应期开始,选拔培养一支具有良好素质的班干部队伍,强调需要做耐心的思想政治工作,关心学生,注重学生的心理健康和就业问题等方面的工作。Class director is the center and key role to construct a harmonious class. Based on the four years＇ experience of being a class director, the author summarizes five basic tips. From the first year at university when freshmen don＇ t adapt to the life in campus, a good -quality leading group should be selected. Patience and attention must be paid to the students＇ mind -change, -development and - mature and psychological health and job - hunting.
