摘 要:石墨探针原子化技术是一种实现等温原子化,改善灵敏度的行之有效的方法.本文采用此方法对痕量镉进行了一系列条件试验.镉浓度与峰面积吸光度在0~50ng·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为186pg,特征量为248pg,相对标准偏差为21%.并成功地测定了发标和发样中痕量镉的含量,回收率为963%~1037%.该方法灵敏度高,操作简单、快速,结果满意.A method for the determination of trace amounts of cadmium by AAS with graphite probe furnace is reported in this paper The use of graphite probe furnace technique is an efficient way for maintaining costant temperature atomization and for improving the sensitivity of the determination An excellent linear relationship between the cadmium concentration and absorbance (peak area mode) holds in the rang of 0~50 ng·mL -1 The characteristic mass of cadmium and its limit of detection are found to be 2 48 pg and 1 86 pg respectively The RSD(%) is 2 1 ( n =11) The proposed method has been applied to the determination of cadmium in human hair with satisfactory results The recovery of cadmium is 96 3%~103 7% This new method proves to be sensitive and convenient
