摘　　要：概要阐述世界铁路客运高速化的共同趋向,高速铁路在现代化综合交通运输体系中的重要意义,根据国情建设具有中国特色的高速铁路等问题,同时建议加快在京沪繁忙大通道上起步兴建高速铁路,借以积累经验,并促进科技进步,促进社会经济的发展。It elaborates the following points of view: the same trend of high-speed for passenger traffic in the world railways, significance of high-speed railway in modern composite communications transport system, and construction of high-speed railway featured the Chinese style according to national situation. Meanwhile, it proposes to start the construction of high-speed railway in Beijing - Shanghai busy corridor so as to accumulate the experience and promote the development of science, technology and social economy.
