摘　　要：我国是一个水产大国,加入WTO后,水产品出口业迅速发展,但同时也存在一些问题。总结了我国水产品出口结构的历史和现今情况,指出在出口产品结构、市场结构、地区结构中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,力求为我国的水产出口业得到更好发展提供参考。China is a country abounded with aquaculture resources, the export of aquatic products has got rapid development since joined into the WTO, but there are some problems also existed. In order to promote the development of export of Chinese aquatic products, the history and the present status of export structure of Chinese aquatic products were summarized, the existing problems of product structure, market structure and region structure were pointed out, and the corresponding solutions were proposed in this paper.
