健脾温中法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾温中法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:将120例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎随机分为治疗组和对照组两组。治疗组给予健脾温中法中药,对照组给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为72.9%,组间比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:健脾温中法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎疗效较好,是治疗慢性胃炎的有效方法之一。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of method of invigorating spleen to warm middle warmer on chronic gastritis belonging to type of deficiency-cold of the spleen. Method ： 120 cases with chronic gastritis belonging to type of deficiency-cold of the spleen were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group and control group. The cases in treatment group were treated by Chinese drugs of invigorating spleen to warm middle warmer, and the ones in control group were done by Omeprazole, Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin. Result：The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.2%, and the one in control group was 72.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Method of invigorating spleen to warm middle warmer has good effect on chronic gastritis belonging to type of deficiency-cold of the spleen, and it is one of effective methods on chronic gastritis.
