摘  要:介绍了一种旋转阀控差动缸式液压激振器的工作原理和结构特征;用功率键合图理论建立了激振器的数学模型,编写了相应的MATLAB语言仿真程序进行了仿真试验,得出不同频率和压力下振幅的变化规律;同时,对激振器与振动油缸连接的交变管路中的压力变化规律进行了实验研究;为该激振器的设计应用和性能的改善提供理论依据。The working principle and structure characteristics of hydraulic exciter with rotating valve control differential effect cylinder were introduced. The model was established using bond graph method and the state equations were deduced. The corresponding emulator program was compiled by MATLAB language. Through this program, the running amplitudes in condition of different frequency and pressure were simulated. The pressure change of hydraulic pipeline connected the exciter and vibrated cylinder was studied by experiments.
