摘　　要：通过借鉴国外模式,提出了建立导师组、改革我国传统培养研究生方法的创新模式,并进行了改革实践。实践结果表明用创新模式培养的研究生在学习能力、科研能力、个人素养方面均有较大的提高,该研究结果为落实教育部《研究生教育创新计划》进行了有益的实践,同时也对我国研究生培养机制改革提出了有效的对策和建议。This paper deals with drawing on the experience of developed countries to set up supervisor group and to reform the mode of cultivating graduate students. As a result, because of the innovative mode, the graduate students＇ learning ability, scientific research ability and their individual quality have greatly improved. In this paper some effective countermeasure and suggestions have been put forward for the cultivation mechanism of graduate students in our country.
