卵巢癌患者社会支持与希望水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢癌患者的社会支持状况、希望水平及两者间的关系,为临床工作提供依据。方法选用Herth希望(Herth Hope Index,HHI)评定量表和肖水源的社会支持评定量表测量卵巢癌患者的社会支持及希望水平,对70例卵巢癌患者进行问卷调查,并以70例正常人做对照,应用SPSS13.0统计软件进行相关分析。结果卵巢癌患者的社会支持的主要来源为其配偶(45.71%)、父母(40.00%)及子女(35.71%);卵巢癌患者的希望水平和社会支持处于中高等水平;希望水平与社会支持呈正相关关系。结论患者得到的社会支持越多,其希望水平越高,通过增强卵巢癌患者的社会支持,可以增强癌症患者的希望水平。Objective： To investigate the social support and hope level of the ovarian cancer patients and their relationship,so as to provide evidence for clinical work.Methods： 70 ovarian cancer patients were investigated for their status of social support and hope level with Social Support Rating Scale and Herth Hope Rating Scale.70 normal person as the control group and the related analysis was made with SPSS13.0.Results： The level of social support in ovarian cancer patients was provided by their spouse（45.13%）,parents（39.10%） and children（36.23%）;Both the state of social support and hope level were at the higher level;There was a positive correlation between social support and hope.Conclusion： With more social support the hope level is higher in ovarian cancer patients and the hope level is increased by the status of their social support.
