摘　　要：讨论高校软、硬件资源条件对其办学综合实力的影响,以及办学综合实力与毕业生就业情况之间的关系,并根据两者关系的相关系数等,分析高校目前存在的一般性问题及存在问题的根源,指出如何更有效地实现高校的可持续发展。The affection of hardware and software resources of university and college to it＇s comprehensive ability of running education is studied in this paper. And the relationship between comprehensive ability of running education and the employment situation of graduation is analyzed in this paper as well. The common problem existed in university and college at present and the root of the problem is discussed based on the related coefficient of comprehensive ability of running education and employment situation of graduation. Moreover, how to effectively realize the sustainable development of university and college is proposed in this paper.
