摘　　要：交通政策的制定和实施对于解决城市交通拥堵、改善城市空气质量起着重要的导向作用。以北京市限行政策为例,引用实际测算数据进行计算,并对交通环境承载力的影响进行定量分析表明,交通政策也是影响交通环境承载力的重要因素之一。The transport policy making up and execution has an important guiding effect for solving crowded urban traffic and improving city air conditions. Take Beijing drive limit policy as an example, calculating with the real data and doing the quantitative analysis for TECC effect can prove the transport policy is one of the critical aspects affecting TECC.
