摘 要:目的观察兔膝关节类风湿关节炎(RA)模型建立过程中各阶段不同序列的MRI表现与病理变化。方法14只健康新西兰大白兔随机分成五组,采用卵蛋白诱导建立RA模型,分别于注药后1、2、4、6及8周行MR和病理检查。采用FS-3D-FISP、FS-3D-FLASH序列平扫和增强MR扫描。结果第一阶段MRI表现为关节腔积液,与大体标本相符合。第二、三阶段MRI表现为滑膜增厚和软骨的破坏,与病理检查相一致(Kappa值>0.75)。结论MRI能够显示兔膝关节RA模型早中期的病理变化。Objective To observe the manifestations of MRI and pathological changes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)in rabbit model.Methods Fourteen rabbits were divided into five groups randomly.RA was induced by injecting ovalbumin into right knee joints.MR and pathology examination of knee joints were done at 1,2,4,6,8 weeks after injection.The sequence of FS-3D-FISP plain scan,FS-3D-FLASH plain scan and contrast enhanced scan were all performed.Results MRI showed arthroedema which were coincide with general sample in phase 1,while showed synovium thickening and chondral damage in phase 2 and 3.The manifestations of MRI were consistent with pathological changes(Kappa〉0.75).Conclusion MRI can show the pathological changes of RA in early stages.
