摘　　要：目的探讨侵袭骺板肿瘤和肿瘤样变的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析40例侵袭骺板的肿瘤及肿瘤样变的影像学表现。结果40例侵袭骺板中,局灶型34例,其中干骺端24例,跨越骺板7例,骨骺端3例;广泛型6例,其中淋巴瘤2例,尤文氏肉瘤2例,骨母细胞瘤2例。侵袭骺板肿瘤及肿瘤样变影像学表现各有其特点,骨破坏、密度改变、边缘硬化和钙化多见。结论侵袭骺板的肿瘤及肿瘤样变影像表现各有特点,影像诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective To observe the imaging features of tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate.Methods Imaging features of 40 patients with tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among these 40 patients,34 were local type,including 24 located in metaphysic,7 strided over epiphyseal plate and 3 located in osteoepiphyseal portion.Six patients were widespread type,including 2 lymphoma,2 ewing＇s sarcoma and 2 osteoblastoma.Each tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate had its own imaging features,but bone destruction,change of bone density and marginal sclerosis were observed frequently.Conclusion Tumor and tumorous lesions involving epiphyseal plate have some characteristics.Imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis have important clinical value of these diseases.
