摘　　要：医院学科建设的水平是一所医院医疗水平和知名度的重要标志。文中结合现代医院学科的发展趋势,针对学科发展中的存在问题,围绕着医学发展需求、打造品牌、科技创新和人才培养等方面提出具体措施,以提升医院竞争力,实现可持续发展。Disciplinary construction plays a significant role in the building of a hospital. Based on the developmental trend of and existing problems in the disciplinary construction in modern hospitals and in view of the requirements of medical development, the authors proposed some specific measures for building up brand-name specialties, accelerating technological innovations and strengthening personnel training, so as to promote the competitiveness and sustainable development of the hospital.
