电子病历中时态数据的过滤运算研究

摘　　要：针对医疗应用系统的时态数据具有缓慢变化的特点,选用了M.A.Roth等学者提出的嵌套关系数据库模型设计了电子病历的时态数据库。进一步,在Delphi环境下深入讨论了电子病历中时态数据的瞬时过滤、期间过滤的设计原理及编程方法,从而简洁明了地展示了电子病历中时态数据在过去某个时刻或者某个时期的状态。In light of the feature that the temporal data in medical application system is characterized by gradual variation, a temporal database of electronic medical records was design in this paper based on the nested relational DB model introduced by M. A. Roth. Furthermore, the designing principle and programming of instant and period filtration of temporal data under Delphi environment were discussed in depth so as to present concisely the status of temporal data at a certain moment or during a certain period in the past in electronic medical records.
