摘　　要：心理咨询师的个人成长不仅直接影响咨询效果,对心理咨询师的职业生涯的发展也意义重大。当前学校心理咨询师个人成长的发展现状表现为:学校心理咨询师对个人成长非常重视,个人成长自我评估比较乐观,个人成长的愿望强烈,个人成长需求无法得到有效满足,对个人成长的认识有待提高,个人成长任务艰巨。因此,需要学校、各级主管部门和咨询师的共同努力来促进学校心理咨询师的个人成长。Personal growth of psychological counselors put direct influence on the counseling results,and is also significant for their professional career.The current developing situations of the personal growth of psychological counselors in schools are as follow.First of all,the psychological counselors in school attach great importance to their personal growth and is optimistic for their self-evaluation of personal growth.Secondly,they strongly desire for their personal growth and could not effectively meet their need to their personal growth.Finally,their understanding of personal growth should be improved and the tasks of their personal growth are still arduous.Therefore,schools,authorities and counselors must effort to promote the personal growth of psychological counselors in schools together.
