摘　　要：分析了橱柜行业市场现状和在大规模定制模式下产品配置的发展需求,提出了一种面向橱柜产品的基于GBOM的功能-结构产品族配置模型设计的思路,以客户为导向,可以实现快速、直接的配置工作。通过研究橱柜产品配置模型的结构与流程,文章为相应的软件开发提供了理论基础,为企业在激烈的竞争环境下赢得市场提供有效的参考方案。Analyzing the economic situation of the kitchen cabinet industry and the developing need of the product configuration in mass custom-built format, the thesis proposes a new design methed of the kitchen cabinet function-structure product family configuring model which is based on generic bill of material （GBOM）, customer oriented. From that, the configuring job can be realized very fast and directly. Through the research on the structure and proceed of the kitchen cabinet product configuring model, the essay puts forward the theoretical basis of the software development and the efficient plan for the company to gain more share of the market in the environment of the present intense competition.
