摘 要:为进一步丰富可用于含酚废水处理的微生物种质资源,力图保护生态环境,文章以苯酚为惟一碳源,采用逐量分批驯化筛选法筛选高效降酚菌并研究其降酚特性。结果筛选到两个菌株H1和W2,经形态观察和生理生化鉴定为红球菌属(Rhodococcus)。降酚特性研究结果表明:菌株H1最高降酚浓度为1.0g/L.生长72h后降酚率可达91.6%。菌株W2最高降酚浓度为0.5g/L,但只需生长60h,降酚率可达100%。菌株H1和W2在pH为7.0~9.0,温度为20-40℃范围内具备较好的降酚能力。菌株H1在有葡萄糖存在的情况下降酚能力受到抑制。而菌株W2则受影响不明显。To further enrich the microorganism species resources for disposing waste water containing phenol, and protect the environment, phenol was taken as sole carbon source adopting the way of acclimatization by gradually increasing dosage of phenol in batches to screen highly effective phenol degradation microorganism and study its phenol degradation properties. As a result, two phenol--degrading strains, H1 and W2,were isolated from waste sludge. Analysis of morphology and physiology--biochemistry was used to identify the above strains as Rhodococcus sp.. The degradation ability of the strains were furher studied. And the results showed that the highest phenol--degrading concentration of strain H1 was 1. 0g/L, the degrading efficiency up to 91.6 % after 72h. While strain W2 could degrade phenol completely at initial concentration of 0.5g/L of phenol after 60h. Under experimental conditions, strain H1 and W2 had effective phenol--degrading ability at pH of 7.0-9.0, and temperatures of 20-40℃. The degradation ability of strain H2 was inhibited in the case of glucose existing, while the strain W2 was not significantly influenced.
