摘 要:我们首次测定了老年性白内障患者晶体不同混浊期及透明晶体中锗含量,同时还测定了晶体中镉和镍含量,结果表明:老年性白内障患者晶体处于未熟期,锗含量与透明晶体的值接近,并随晶体混浊度发展而明显上升。此外,老年性白内障患者未熟期或近熟期晶体中的镉或镍含量基本上与透明晶体的相近,但在成熟期晶体中镉含量低于透明晶体。Firstly we determined the content of germanium in human clear lenses and lenses with opacity of different degrees in senile cataract patients,then cadmium and nickel were also determined The results showed that when the lenses of senile cataract patients were premature,their content of germanium was near to that in the clear lenses,and with the development of lens opacification,the content of germanium significantly increased Otherwise,when the lenses of senile cataract patients were premature or near mature,their content of cadmium or nickel was near to that of the clear lenses.However,in the opaque lenses of mature period,the content of cadmium was lower than that of the clear lensesy but nickel was higher
