摘　　要：甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)是一种调节甲状腺和肺特异基因表达的蛋白,也是甲状腺特异基因的一个激活因子,属于同区域转录因子自然杀伤X2(NX2)家族,表达于胚胎期和发育成熟的甲状腺和肺上皮细胞中,部分脑组织中也有表达。同时,它作为一种对肺及甲状腺来源的肿瘤选择性非常高的标记物,在肿瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中正被越来越广泛地应用,且有人将其作为肺癌的一项预后指标。本文就TTF-1在肺癌诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用及其与肺癌预后关系的研究现状作一综述。TTF-1（thyroid transcription factor-1）,a transcription factor belonging to the NKX2 family of homeodomain-containing genes,is a modifier of some specific genes of the thyroid and lung and also an activator of some thyroid-specific genes.It is expressed in the embryonic and muture thyroid gland,lung and some part of the brain.TTF-1 is also used more and more widely as a tumor marker of cancers from the thyroid and lung origin.Some experts use TTF-1 as a prognostic indicator of lung cancers.In this article,the application of TTF-1 in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung carcinoma and the updated study of the relationship between TTF-1 and prognosis of lung carcinoma are reviewed.
