摘  要:本文采用正交试验法研究了β-环糊精对双氯芬酸的包合作用。以包合物的收率、含量作为考察指标,筛选出最佳包合条件为A1B3C3D2,即β-环糊精与双氯苯酸钠的摩尔比为1:1,包合温度为80℃,包合时间为5h,搅拌强度为中等。用IR、DSC证明包合物的形成。Diclofenac sodium (DFS) was included by β-cyclodextrin (β-CD).The factors affecting inclusion compound formation were studied by L9(34) orthogonal test.The recovery and content analysis of the inclusion compound were used as evaluating criteria.The experimental data showed that the best condition for inclusion was A1B2C3D2 That is,the inclusion compound should be formed in aqueous solution containing DFS and β-CD with molecular ratio of 1:1 for 5 hour at 80℃ and at a stirring rate of medium strength.Meanwhile,the inclusion compound was confirmed by IR and DSC.
