摘　　要：图书馆员作为向人们提供信息、获取知识的服务执行载体,以知识地图作为工具进行个人知识的管理,塑造信息时代的学习型图书馆员,不仅有利于提升图书馆的核心竞争力,而且有助于图书馆员个体可持续发展能力的培育。参考文献15。Librarians provide information and ways to obtain knowledge for the people. They use knowledge map as a tool to achieve personal knowledge management and mould themselves as the learning - oriented librarians of information age, which helps not only to promote the core competency of the library, but also to develop their individual abilities. 15 refs.
