摘 要:目的:比较烧结法和熔融法两种制备工艺对ZrO2增韧的氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷力学性能的影响。方法:分别采用两种工艺(熔融法和粉末烧结法)制备ZrO2为5wt%的氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷复合材料,扫描电镜观察断面显微结构,X线衍射确定物相组成及含量,测定样本的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。结果:制备工艺不影响氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷复合材料的晶相;烧结法制备氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性高于熔融法制备的材料。烧结法制备的含5wt%ZrO2复合材料三点抗弯曲强度达到(169.4±10.2)MPa,断裂韧性(2.42±0.06)MPa.m1/2。结论:烧结法制备的ZrO2增韧氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷比熔融法制备的玻璃陶瓷具有更优良的力学性能。AIM : To investigate the mechanical properties of zirconia toughened fluorosilicic mica glass - ceramics composites made by the melt casting and the sintering methods respectively . METHODS: Zirconia toughened fluorosilieic mica glass - ceramics composites were fabricated by melt casting and sintering respectively and mechanical properties were compared. X- ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used to observe mierostructures of the glass - ceramics. Three point bending strength and fracture toughness were also measured. RE- SULTS: The methods did not 'affect the main crystal phase of fluorosilieic mica glass - ceramics composites, and the flexural strength and fracture toughness of composites made by sintering method were higher than those by inching. Composites with 5wt% ZrO2 prepared by the sintering method showed much higher flexnral strength and fracture toughness, which were ( 169.4 ± 10.2) Mpa and (2.42±0.06) MPa ·m1/2 respectively. CONCLUSION: The zirconia toughened fluorosilicic mica glass -ceramies composites made by the sintering method have better mechamical properties than those made by the melt -casting.
