摘 要:目的:评价不同载体、不同浓度过氧化脲(Carbamide Peroxide,CP)漂白剂对釉质表面粗糙度(轮廓算术平均偏差,Ra)的影响。方法:在44个离体前牙唇面的近中、远中分别制备5mm×3mm的平面,随机分为11组。分别用以卡波姆(Carbopol)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、泊洛沙姆(Poloxamer)为增稠载体的含100g/L、200g/L CP的漂白剂、不含CP的凝胶制剂以及Opalescence100g/L、200g/L的漂白凝胶在37℃、100%湿度条件下每天漂白8h,持续2周。漂白前后测量釉质表面的粗糙度。结果:以Carbopol和PVP为增稠载体的100g/L CP漂白2周后,釉质的Ra值和漂白前没有显著差异(P>0.05),而以Poloxamer为增稠载体的100g/LCP漂白2周后釉质的Ra值比漂白前明显升高(P<0.05);以Carbopol、PVP和Poloxamer为增稠载体以及Opalescence各组在CP为200g/L时,漂白2周后釉质的粗糙度值均明显高于漂白前(P<0.05);同种CP浓度下,除以Poloxamer为增稠载体的100g/L CP和200g/L CP与各组有显著差异(P<0.05)外,其余各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。不含CP的3组凝胶应用2周后,Ra值没有明显变化(P>0.05),组间也没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:不含CP的Carbopol、PVP、Poloxamer增稠载体对釉质表面粗糙度没有显著影响;以Carbopol或PVP为增稠载体的100g/L CP对釉质的粗糙度没有影响,而200g/L CP、相同CP浓度下,以Poloxamer为增稠载体的漂白剂比其它各组对釉质表面粗糙度影响较大。AIM : To evaluate the effect of carbamide peroxide (CP) bleaching agents of different concentration and carrier on enamel roughness. METHODS: Forty -four incisors with 5 × 3mm flat on medial and distal labial surfaces were randomly assigned to four groups. Carbopol, PVP or Poloxamer were used as thickening carrier respec- tively, and gels containing 0 CP, 100 g/L CP or 200 g/L CP, Opalescence 100 g/L and 200 g/L CP bleaching gels were applied on the enamel specimens for 2 weeks (8h/d, 37℃, 100% relative humidity). Surface roughness was measured before and after treatment. RESULTS: When Carbopol or PVP was used as the thickening carrier, there was no significant change regarding enamel roughness prior and post treatment with 100 g/L CP(P 〉 0.05 ). When Poloxamer was used as the thickening carrier, the roughness of enamel was significantly increased after treatment with 100 g/L CP(P 〈 0.05). The roughness of enamel treated with 200 g/L CP using different carriers was significantly increased after bleaching treatment(P 〈 0.05). Except the one treated with CP bleaching gels using Poloxamer as thickening carrier, there was no significant difference between groups treated with different carriers when the CP concentrations were the same. There was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) in enamel roughness treated with gels without CP. CONCLUSION: Thickening carriers have no significant effect on the roughness of enamel surface. 100 g/L CP with Carbopol or PVP as the thickening carrier has no effect on the roughness of enamel surface, but when the CP concentration increases to 200 g/L, the roughness of enamel surface significantly increases. 100 g/L CP and 200 g/L CP with Poloxamer as the thickening carrier greatly increase enamel surface roughness also.
