摘  要:目的建立大鼠超声心动图检查的方法学,并验证超声心动图评价大鼠心脏结构和功能的可行性及准确性。方法经胸超声心动图和血流动力学检测正常雄性Wistar大鼠60只,然后将其处死取左心室称重。结果经胸超声心动图可以清晰地显示Wistar大鼠的心脏结构,并获得不同周龄组多项心脏结构与功能的参数。超声计算的左室重量与实体标本测值呈正相关;射血分数、短轴缩短率与左室压力最大上升速率、收缩末压呈正相关,二尖瓣环舒张末期血流速度、二尖瓣环舒张早期峰值速度与左室压力最大下降速率、舒张末内径呈负相关,左室等容舒张时间与压力最大下降速率、舒张末期内径呈正相关。结论经胸超声心动图应用于大鼠,可获得高质量的图像,是一种能够连续、准确评价大鼠心脏结构和功能的无创方法。Objective To establish the echocardiographic methodology in rats, and to evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of cardiac structure and function assesment in rats by echoeardiography. Methods Sixty male Wistar rats were enrolled in this study. Transthoracic echocardiography and hemodynamics examination were performed on the rats, then left ventricular mass was measured after sacrifice. Results The heart structure of Wistar rats was displayed clearly by transthoracie echocardiography, the parameters of heart structure and function of different weeks were obtained. There was positive correlation between left ventricular mass and anatomical mass, there was positive correlation between ejection fraction ( EF% ) and + dP/ dtmax, LVSP, and there was positive correlation between fractional shortening (FS%) and + dP/dtmax, LVSP. While there was negative correlation between Em and -dP/dtmax and LVEDP, there was negative correlation between Em and -dP/dtmax and LVEDP, and there was positive correlation between IVRT and - dP/dtmax, LVEDP. Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography can obtain high quality sonogram in rats, it is a continuous, accurate and non - invasive method in heart structure and function evaluation of rats.
