摘 要:在一款标定功率74 kW、配置电控分配泵的欧Ⅲ柴油机基础上,通过采用第二代高压共轨(160 MPa)燃油喷射装置、可变喷嘴截面涡轮增压器(VNT)等技术,并对关键零部件的局部结构设计予以优化改进。对喷油嘴伸出量(NTP)、喷油嘴流量、涡流比和涡轮增压器进行了综合性能匹配试验。结果表明,改进后的柴油机标定功率提升至98.2 kW,排放满足欧Ⅳ法规,并且加装颗粒捕集器(DPF)后,具备从欧Ⅳ进一步升级至欧Ⅴ的潜能。For a rated power 74kW, Euro Ⅲ prototype diesel engine equipped with electric distribution pump, the design of local structure for key parts was optimized and improved by using the second generation high-pressure (160 MPa) common rail fuel injection device, variable nozzle geometry turbocharger (VNT) and other technology. The integrated performance matching experiment for nozzle tip protrusion(NTP), nozzle flow rate, swirl ratio and turbocharger was performed. The results show that the rated power of improved diesel engine can promote to 98.2 kW, emission level can meet Euro Ⅳ emission standard, and it has a potential for further upgrade to Euro Ⅴ when the diesel particle filter (DPF) is used.
