摘　　要：针对某轮主机扫气箱着火引发的机损事故,分析某引起扫气箱着火故障的各种原因。提出喷油器保持良好的雾化质量;柴油机保持较高的扫气压力;主机运行工况的跟踪管理及规范应危操作程序等4条预防措施。Facing at the engine damage accident causing by scavenge box firing of the main engine of a ship, various factors leading to the fire were analyzed. Some preventive measures were set forth such as keeping good atomization in the fuel injector, keeping higher scavenging pressure in the diesel, tracking the operation condition of the main engine, standardizing the emergent operational procedure and so on.
