情绪加工对边缘型人格障碍行为抑制控制功能的影响

摘　　要：采用一般go no-go范式和BPD症状词为呈现内容的go no-go范式,以31名BPD大学生为被试,探讨情绪加工对其行为抑制控制功能的影响。结果表明,BPD组的反应时在一般范式中与正常对照组没有明显差别,但在情绪范式中出现明显延长,且明显长于一般范式中的反应时间;两个任务中,BPD组的错误执行个数均明显高于正常对照,且在情绪范式中有所增加。这揭示了BPD大学生的行为抑制控制功能可能存在一定缺陷,且在情绪干扰下,这种缺陷表现的相对明显。This study explored borderline personality disorder＇s inhibitory control deficits and the effect of emotion processing on it. 31 university students with BPD were diagnosed by PDQ ＋ 4and PDI-IV, then they and 31 normal students were assessed with a general go-no-go paradigm and an emotional go-no-go paradigm. The results demonstrated that the reaction times of the BPD group was shorter than that of the control group in the general paradigm, but there was no difference between the two groups; however, the reaction time of BPD subjects was markedly longer than that of the control in the emotional paradigm,and the time in the emotional paradigm was also longer than in the general paradigm. The results also demonstrated that the number of errors of BPD subjects was markedly bigger than the control in the two paradigms,and it was also bigger in emotional paradigm. The results suggested that there were some students with BPD in China, and they displayed a certain extent of inhibitory control deficits especially when processing emotional regulation.
