摘 要:本研究采用自编的学校组织公平感问卷和教师工作倦怠问卷对随机抽取的重庆市21所学校856名教师进行调查,考察了学校组织公平感与教师工作倦怠的影响。结果表明:学校组织公平感与教师工作倦怠有非常显著的负相关;程序公平、分配公平与教师工作倦怠回归十分显著,它是教师工作倦怠的负向预测因子;程序公平、分配公平与教师热情枯竭、精力枯竭和成就丧失感的回归十分显著,它是教师工作热情枯竭、精力枯竭和成就丧失感的负向预测因子。学校组织公平感越高,教师工作倦怠水平越低。The investigation, using the self-edited questionnaires of school organizational lairness and teachers job burnout, surveys 856 teachers randomly selected from 21 schools in Chongqing and investigated the effects of school organizational fairness on teachers' job burnout. The result shows that the correlation between school organizational fairness and teachers' job burnout is obviously negative and that procedural fairness and distribution fairness teachers' job burnout are significant to the regression of, which is the negative forecasting factor of teachers' job enthusiastic burnout, energetic burnout and loss of sense of achievement. The higher the sense of school organizational fairness is, the lower the level of teachers' job burnout will be.
